Class Action Lawsuit for Chevrolet Camaro Convertible

Attorney Richard C. Dalton from our firm represented the plaintiff in a
class action complaint about a defect of Chevrolet Camaro convertibles
that were manufactured since 2011. The plaintiff has brought the action
on behalf of the class of individuals who were similarly harmed, pursuant
to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
The subject matter jurisdiction belongs to the court under the Class Action
Fairness Act of 200, 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (d); 28 U.S.C. § 331 for

- Thousands of class members involved
- Aggregate amount is above $5 million
