Inc. in a lawsuit that finds its basis under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty
Act. The court is given supplemental jurisdiction in this case based on
28 USC § 1367.
The claim involves defective materials and workmanship, which were defects
found within the warranty periods. During the first year after the purchase
of the vehicle, the plaintiff started to experience defective conditions
