Rick Dalton grew up in Pineville, Louisiana. He graduated from Pineville High School in 1987. He then went to Louisiana Tech University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance in 1991. He then graduated from L.S.U. Law School in 1994. He was licensed to practice law in Louisiana in 1994, in Texas in 2001, and in California in 2010.
He has been in private practice since 1994 representing thousands of clients throughout the United States. He has over 2 decades of experience in lemon law. He has litigated numerous cases throughout Louisiana and Texas. He specializes in the fields of Lemon Law, Consumer Law, Louisiana Redhibition laws, Breach of Warranty laws, Magnuson-Moss Act laws.
Rick's practice is now focused on lemon law cases throughout the country. He helps consumers who purchased defective products such as automobiles, boats, RV's and manufactured homes.
He is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts in the states of Louisiana, Texas and California.
